Extended Services will be funding activities for KS1 & KS2 children in our cluster. If you would like your children to take part in any of the activities listed, please fully complete the form accurately with all the details requested.

All Activities are FREE for children and adults. Please complete the reply slip and either post or drop off the slip in an envelope to:

Saturday Sports Camp for 5-11 year olds (Yrs Rec-6)

Indoor Climbing Club for 9-11 year olds (Yrs 5 & 6)
Where:	Heathland School, Sports Hall
When	Every Wednesday, starting on Wednesday 28th April
Time:	4pm-5pm

Adult Cookery Clubs- 16+
Where:	Heathland School, cookery suite
When	Every Saturday, starting on Saturday 1st May
Time:	Italian Class- 9am-11am Indian Class- 11.30am-1.30pm

Primary Cookery Club for children aged 9-11 (yrs 5 & 6)
Where:	Heathland School, cookery suite
When	Every Tuesday, starting on Tuesday 27th April
Time:	4pm-5.30pm

Father & Child Cookery Club- All ages welcome
