Summer holidays are with us once again and no doubt you are wondering how to keep your children entertained. Look no further as below you will find 2 weeks worth of fun activities to suit all children of all abilities and interests. Please make sure that you read all the information below before applying for a place on the summer holiday programme.

• Any reply slips not completed properly or without all the information required will not be enrolled.
• Please make sure that you carefully select the activity you want for your child as once it has been confirmed changes will not be made.
• You will not receive a refund if your child does not attend any of the activities that they have been enrolled on.
• All cheques must be made payable to ‘London Borough of Hounslow’ and signed by the person whose name is on the cheque.
• Any child under 5 will not be accepted on this scheme due to Health & Safety and ofsted regulations. If you would like activities for children under 5 please contact Jane or Simone at Hounslow Town Primary School Children’s Centre on 07931 434864 or 0208 570 1747. Please check www.chess-hounslow.co.uk for details of the children’s centre summer activities.
• Please place reply slip and cheque or cash in an envelope and either post or drop off to ‘Apinder Sidhu, Hounslow Town Primary School, Pears Road, Hounslow, TW3 1SR.
• Do not post cash as we will not be liable for any lost cash or reply slips.
• DO NOT hand the reply slip to your child’s school as it will not be collected and your child will miss out on the opportunity to attend the summer programme.
  Only one child per reply slip. If there is more than one child on the reply slip, neither will be enrolled. If you want more forms please download from www.chess-hounslow.co.uk or ask the school for a spare form.
